Best Use Of Girl Talk To Date

Cache Rules Everything Around Me from Evan Roth on Vimeo.

Can someone tell me how to rip a vimeo video? Or maybe I should just email Evan. I want to show this to my kids in ten years. Zeitgeist!

Looking for Art Supplies in Savannah? Check out Utrecht!

Utrecht Savannah
111 Martin Luther King Blvd
Savannah, GA 31401
Phone: 912-233-8640

I’ve just spent the past couple weeks working super hard with the rest of the team to set up a new location for Utrecht Art Supplies right here in Savannah. It was a pretty amazing experience – the CEO, two vice presidents, several regional managers, and many store managers all came down to help us set up.

Every one of them was unpacking merchandise, organizing shelves, breaking down boxes, building and cleaning. The CEO right next to one week new hires!

We set up the entire store from bare walls to fully stocked shelves in under 6 days. It was a lot of 12 – 14 hour days, but this team + Overtime + Free Zunzis + the days going by super quick… it was well well well worth it.

I’ve never had an experience like that ever, and it really helped set the tone for this job. Utrecht is a chain, now with 39 locations, but I’ve never experienced anything like it. Their nearest store in Georgia is in Atlanta, GA and we’ve already had people come in who say they used to drive out there to shop.

This store is actually the biggest Utrecht location, too! We’re located right between Wasabis and Bergen (the SCAD Photo Building) – two doors down from Carlito’s.

I’ve got to head over to work again today in a minute, so I’ve got to keep this short and to the important details. If you’re a current scad student, you get a 10% discount on all supplies. We also have a 20% off coupon in our Back to School pamphlet (on the back page) that you can grab from the front counter. That’s 20% off the entire purchase. Plus, since Utrecht is a manufacturer that distributes its own product – the prices are already a lot lower on many items like charcoal, pencils, canvas, and even desks and easels. And we’ve got a killer back to school sale going on right now that beats my employee discount on those items (which is pretty good, let me tell you.)

You can see a lot of what they’ve got on the website and we have most of that in store. Since we’re a new store we can also order almost anything you think will be useful for a class. I think we’ll be offering some kind of incentive if you bring in a syllabus from any school as well – we want to be prepared to meet the needs of the community!

Right now we’re probably a little low on some stuff, so if you know what you need you might wanna get over here before the freshman rush. Luckily, we get shipments a couple times a week so we should be able to restock quickly if something is flying off the shelves.
