It turned out a bit differently from what I expected – and I’m hoping I’ll still get to do the issue focusing specifically on assistants on commercial shoots. I’ll just need to have the cooperation of a lot of commercial photographers to get access to their outtakes. I’d give credit for those, of course.

For this one, there was something cathartic about making a book almost entirely composted of screenshots of images that people disabled saving on – I’d say “who would want a copy of your picture of all your stupid equipment?” but it wouldn’t make sense, obviously I wanted it.

You were pretty fast from concept to production. If I had money I would totally buy this.
